At Vapes & Bongs, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy.
1. Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless received damaged):
- E-liquids and pods (due to hygiene and safety reasons)
- Used bongs or accessories
- Products with broken seals
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged product, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos and a 360-degree unboxing video of the damaged product and its packaging.
- Contact our customer support team at support@vapesbongs.com with your order ID and the visual evidence.
- Wait for our team to verify the claim and provide further instructions.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
